This special issue will focus on problem-oriented analyses and constructive suggestions on recycling systems and circulating economy development in Asia, especially in China and Japan. and between these two countries.

Subject Coverage
Coverage of this special issue includes, but is not limited to, econometric analyses, as well as institutional and field studies on the following subjects:

• Circulating economy and 3R (reduce, reuse and recycling) policy and strategies
• Current status, trends and related issues on circulating economy and 3R
• Study on the integrated indicators of circulating economy
• Risk evaluation of resource circulation in Asia
• Cost-profit analysis of multilateral recycling system in Asia
• Case studies on recycling systems by used goods, such as vehicle, personal computers, etc.
• Field studies on regional development of circulating economy

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere
