Business analytics refers to the process of leveraging different forms of analytical techniques to achieve desired business outcomes and generate either internal value (e.g. cost reduction and resource efficiency) or external value for the enterprise (e.g. revenue growth, better market positioning, increased customer satisfaction and loyalty).

Business analytics is applied in marketing, operations, product and technology innovations, financial services and human resource management, among other functions. The ability to use interlinked data-inputs, analytics models and decision-support tools effectively and to drive rapid, precise and profitable analytics-based decisions is becoming a distinguished strategic advantage for enterprises of all types, all sizes, and all marketplaces.

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. (N.B. Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper has been completely re-written and if appropriate written permissions have been obtained from any copyright holders of the original paper).

All papers are refereed through a peer review process.
