Abstract: Advancement in the information and communication technology is changing ways of learning in the academic institutions. Several institutions in the world spend the substantial amount of their budget on the subscription of e-resources for their students. This study aims to understand and predict key constructs influences the decision of students towards the utilisation of e-resources on mobile devices. The extended technology acceptance model incorporates three constructs, namely service quality, system quality, information quality in addition to two basic constructs perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Data were collected from 210 students who use e-resources on their mobile devices. A fuzzy analytical model has been employed to determine the importance of key constructs influences mobile e-resources acceptance. The results obtained from the fuzzy analytical model showed that the key predictor of mobile e-resources acceptance is system quality followed by service quality, information quality, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. This research used an innovative fuzzy set theoretic approach to predict mobile e-resources acceptance. The findings of the study can be useful for mobile service providers and academic administrators to develop suitable strategies to motivate more students to use e-resources on mobile devices.
