Abstract: Nowadays, talent management becomes more complicated as a consequence of a dynamic business environment and facing extensive and delayed feedbacks of various economic and social factors. Therefore, there is a need to design an appropriate human resource management to attract, employ, develop, and retain talented staff. The aim of this study is to propose a comprehensive model for talent management using a system dynamics approach. In addition, fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making method is used to assess the considered improvement strategies. The proposed model is applied to Iranian Falat-Ghare Oil Company. Obtained results indicate that talent management process plays a key role in the organisation's performance. Improvement opportunities to increase the total efficiency of the talent management system are identified. By using scenario analysis, key process indicators of talent management system are investigated to achieve the organisation goals. Organisation's efficiency can be significantly increased by adopting appropriate talent management strategies.
