Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the input-to-state stability of systems with non-instantaneous impulses. By using the Lyapunov function with indefinite derivative and the average dwell time condition, we get a sufficient condition for the input-to-state stability of systems with noninstantaneous impulses, then we give an example to show the efficiency of the theoretical result obtained in this paper.
