Abstract: The present study was aimed to explore the impact of organisational knowledge management processes (OKMP) on the performance of entrepreneurial firms (PEF). In this survey study, simple random sampling was used to select 114 entrepreneurial firms. The required data were collected through a questionnaire distributed among managers of the entrepreneurial firms. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between OKMP and the PEF. Knowledge creation was the strongest predictor of the performance of entrepreneurial firms. This variable explained more than 25% of the variance in the performance variable. Knowledge absorption had a significant positive relationship with the performance of entrepreneurial firms and explained more than 16% of the variance in the dependent variable. The results of the path analysis of the variables' relationships indicated that knowledge creation and knowledge absorption explained more than 29% of the variance in the dependent variable.
