Abstract: The main objective of the current research is to evaluate the impact of transformational leadership style on knowledge management considering the mediating role of organisational culture and organisational structure in a selected public organisation in Iran. The research population included 220 employees of this public organisation. The research sample was selected using Cochran's formula in a limited population and randomised sampling method. The required data were collected based on the research model through a questionnaire. Multivariate regression and structural equation modelling (path analysis) were used to evaluate the relationship between variables and testing the hypotheses. The results revealed a significant and positive relationship between the transformational leadership style and knowledge management at the 95% confidence level. Other research results also confirmed the effect of mediating variables of organisational culture and organisation structure on the relationship between transformational leadership style and knowledge management.
