Abstract: The digitalisation, where everything rotates around the "e" ecosphere, digitalisation has spread its extensions over all the human life. The immense use of digital tools and technique, like online service delivery and its platforms that too in large numbers, one might add connected technology, that influences the Indian Automobile Industry, has seemed a genuine possibility. The data based on the responses of consumers of premium automobile companies i.e., Tata motors, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Ford shows that high-income group millennials from Delhi NCR are the primary users of connected technology-based automobiles. Further, SEM analysis results show that there is a significant role played by the online service delivery via connected technology on influencing the level of satisfaction.
