Abstract: With the fast growth of e-commerce in China, internet finance is becoming a new financing force and a sharp tool to solve the funding problems of unimportant and micro-enterprises. It is proposed a P2P business platform model that provide a convenient and efficient online lending platform for borrowers who are in dire need of loans and investors who lack financial channels. It works differently in two different stage, stage 1 is dedicated to borrower that help him in lending money, while stage 2 is for lender to take care of payment of loan on time from borrower. Meanwhile, this paper designs an innovative model combining the static credit information system of P2P platform and the dynamic monitoring of third-party payment platform based on the current credit rating system. Performance efficiency of each stage is demonstrated in vial result analysis of market transaction, internet finance, risk management, etc.
