Abstract: We propose a small-sized feed distributor-mixer with shredders of roughage and grain feeds, i.e., to develop a mobile mini feed-centre that works in small farms, which itself drives up to the stack and warehouse of grain feed, where the feed is crushed and immediately delivered to the hopper of the machine, i.e., the number of operations is reduced by 1.67 times and the operating costs are reduced by 1.5 times. The results of experimental studies have shown that at the productivity of the shredder 3,060 kg/h, there was a minimum energy consumption of the process, and it is also determined that the shredder at this productivity works without loads, the power consumed is equal to 7 kW. The results of experimental studies have shown that the optimal productivity of the grain crusher is within the range up to 800 kg/h. The quality of feed meets the zootechnical requirements for feeding cattle and sheep.
