Abstract: The smooth functioning of an economic organisation, during permanent changes in management conditions, means the ability to maintain a current advantage or to create a new competitive advantage. However, the more frequent the changes around us, the less frequent the use of solutions we have found to deal with current problems. Hence the conclusion: for companies to function effectively in the marketplace, it is necessary for them to have a quick and painless process of adaptation and adjustment to new market demands and expectations (including consumers' demands). Therefore, economic organisations that function in a dynamic balance have more chances of achieving success.
