Abstract: This research manuscript focuses on the modelling, bifurcation analysis and multistability of a new four-dimensional hyperchaotic system with no balance point. The proposed hyper chaos system has four quadratic nonlinear terms and three parameters. We perform a detailed bifurcation analysis of the hyper chaos system and illustrate that it has coexisting hyperchaotic attractors. The proposed system has no balance point, and it is equipped with hidden attractors. Using integral sliding mode control, we derive control results for the global hyper chaos synchronisation of a pair of hyper chaos systems and MATLAB plots are shown as illustrations. Finally, circuit simulations of the new 4D hyperchaotic system with no balance point are carried out using MultiSim.
