Abstract: Organisational misbehaviour has grave concern for organisations, especially when the instances of misconduct and unethical acts have become more frequent than ever. The present study proposed a conceptual framework to manage organisational misbehaviour through workplace spirituality. The findings of the research endeavour suggested that individual and corporate spirituality level varies. With the help of the interview method, variations present in personal and organisational spirituality levels were recognised, and interactions were categorised into Satvik-enabling, Tamsik-directing, Tamsik-enabling, and Satvik-directing. Further, based on unity among individual-organisation spiritual values, an individual's inclination towards misbehaviour in each category of interaction is discussed. An attempt is also made to explore organisational culture and leadership's role in instrumenting workplace spirituality to reduce corporate wrongdoing. To illustrate the practical implementation of the present study's findings, the human resource department practices for handling misconduct via workplace spirituality are incorporated.
