Abstract: To reduce the problems of mining disturbance and ecological environment damage in deep mining, a full mining and local filling technology is proposed. The technology is further divided into segmented full mining and local filling technology and holistic full mining and local filling technology. This technology's design process and technical system are described, and the calculation methods of basic parameters such as filling length, caving length, and mining height are put forward. FLAC analyses the mining pressure distribution law of the working face. The field verification results show that after adopting the technology, the maximum surface subsidence is only 68 mm, the active resistance of the hydraulic support in the working face is stable, the advancing speed of the shearer reaches 90 m/month, and the filling capacity reaches 500,000 t/a. This technology can realise mining safety and environmental protection. [Received: December 18, 2021; Accepted: May 9, 2022]
