Designing a smart system for monitoring employees' work efficiency

Abstract: This is a brief explanation of a system that can be used to monitor employee work efficiency and hence enhance it. The wrist band is a simple tracking device which provides information about the location of the employee calibrated with fingerprint sensor to verify the user. The overall system is developed as an office assistant which can be used to track the progress on projects and assign tasks. The attendance and project reports combined can contribute to employee efficiency.
