Abstract: The urban street landscape is a beautiful landscape in the city, which has its own nature and sociality, and is also a complex spatial system. The design of urban street landscape simply depends on the designer's experience, feeling and understanding and lacks a kind of science. The urban street landscape is a systematic, scientific and overall design idea, which guides the organisation and expression of design elements to achieve multi-level design purposes. In order to help solve the problem of objectivity such as single street design, this paper mainly analyses the elements, functions, principles, system strategies and methods of the street landscape system. Through the comparison between the improved D*Lite algorithm and D*Lite algorithm in the street landscape design path and people's satisfaction, the results showed that the street landscape path under the improved D*Lite algorithm was relatively smooth; the number of extremely dissatisfied people has decreased by 20; the number of very satisfied people has increased by 15. It also showed that the improved D*Lite algorithm can be more perfect in the design of urban street landscape.
