Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the links between organisational climate, cooperative learning, and job satisfaction. The study investigates organisational climate and cooperative learning as the antecedent of knowledge management and their effects on general job satisfaction. Research was conducted to test the relationships between these concepts with the mediating role of cooperative learning. The questionnaire was applied to 207 employees in Turkey. The results indicate that organisational climate and cooperative learning significantly and positively influence job satisfaction. It was determined that the motivational climate dimension of organisational climate affects both cooperative learning and job satisfaction significantly. The promotive interaction, group process and positive interdependence dimensions of cooperative learning also impact on job satisfaction significantly. It was found that cooperative learning partially mediates the relationship between the variables of organisational climate and job satisfaction.
