The contribution of this works provides a basis of information on identified and categorised skills inherent to NTBFs within the context of the 4IR, in order for recruiters, trainers and policymakers have information relevant to design strategies, programs and action plans for strengthening the skills required to respond to challenges faced by these professionals in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment.
