Unpacking the impact of rapid delivery and product uniqueness on quick commerce business success using PLS SEM

Abstract: E-commerce is a fast-growing industry with a wide range of products, and services. It has become an important part of our daily life. In recent years, e-commerce has become one of the most important industries in the world. In this context, it has become a vital part of the global economy. This article aims to provide an overview of the current state of the art in the field of quick commerce. The main objective of this paper is to provide comprehensive analysis on quick commerce in India. This paper is based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), which is now frequently employed in behaviour intention of customers. The study was conducted through cross-sectional, once-at-a-time, quantitative consumer data collected for the study and statistically analysed. The data from the respondents were evaluated using the statistical program PLS 3.0. The results of this study provide the foundation for subsequent research on Q-commerce in developing countries; the research results indicate that there are noteworthy association in product quality and convenience of fast commerce services. The findings of this research can provide valuable insights to managers and business owners in this rapidly growing market.
