Abstract: Workplace spirituality has gained huge importance in organisational studies in the past few years. This study analyses the dimensions of the workplace spirituality construct and provides updated knowledge on its significance. It also summarises the empirical findings of existing literature and enhances the understanding about the constructs of workplace spirituality. The meta-analysis is used to find the homogenous and heterogeneous views about the dimensions of workplace spirituality. The documents were searched in Scopus, WoS, and EBSCO databases. Twenty quantitative studies were identified for the data extraction. The analysis was conducted using Comprehensive Meta-analysis Software. Workplace spirituality has become one of the most important and significant workplace attitudes in the emerging economies. The study comprehensively summarises the empirical research on various dimensions of workplace spirituality. The study provides direction for future researchers to explore the existing constructs in different contexts.
