Abstract: This study focusing on the agricultural sector determines the influence of Industry 4.0, quality management, organisational culture and leadership on organisational ambidexterity. To achieve this objective an empirical survey was conducted in a sample of 370 Greek agricultural firms. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were applied to extract and validate the latent constructs examined. Finally, the structural relationships among the latent constructs were determined through structural equation modelling. The findings reflect those three out of the four factors examined namely quality management, organisational culture, and Industry 4.0 influence organisational ambidexterity that is, they help balance exploitation and exploration activities. This paper contributes to the literature by simultaneously examining different types of ambidexterity's antecedents that can lead to higher ambidexterity capabilities. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first study that examines the influence of these specific ambidexterity's antecedents on the agricultural firm's organisational ambidexterity.
