Abstract: Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) have been a widespread workplace health issue for employees as they have become more prevalent among instructors in recent years. One of the occupations that experience musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) is teaching. MSDs seem to be more common among schoolteachers than other occupations. Teachers have a big influence on students' lives. All pupils' academic achievement depends profoundly on their teachers. It is getting harder and harder to be a teacher. Teachers' health, wellbeing, work attitudes (such as job satisfaction), and turnover are all impacted by stress and musculoskeletal disorders. This, in turn, has an impact on how effectively the teacher teaches. The purpose of this study is to identify the many musculoskeletal issues that teachers deal with as a result of their workstation, posture, etc. The study also looked at the impact of musculoskeletal issues on teachers teaching efficiency, which has a direct impact on students' capacity for learning. The study's conclusions identified a relationship between successful instruction and musculoskeletal disorders.
