Abstract: To effectively implement digitalisation, it is essential to understand the factors that influence its implementation. This study aims to investigate the impact of e-SAKIP implementation on public sector organisations' performance in Indonesia. The study evaluates the extent to which e-SAKIP improves the administrative performance of government management by analysing the data collected from 400 civil servants using the Slovin formula. This research applies SEM analysis to identify the variables that affect the implementation of e-SAKIP, such as digital maturity, relative advantages, and resistance to change. The results emphasise the importance of digital transformation in the public sector and offer significant insights for organisations aiming to improve their performance through digitalisation. To achieve successful digital transformation and maximise the benefits of e-SAKIP in enhancing administrative performance and providing efficient public services, it is crucial to embrace digital maturity, effectively communicate the relative advantages, and resolve any opposition to change.
