Abstract: This paper studies the correlation between enterprise's technology strategy and corporate's functional strategy. Three enterprises are selected in the science and technology industry as the research sample, the enterprise's technology strategy index is taken as the independent variable, and the patent strategy and market strategy in the corporate's functional strategy are taken as the dependent variable for empirical research. The empirical results show that there is a correlation between enterprise's technology strategy and patent strategy; It is verified that enterprise's technology strategy and corporate's functional strategy are related, and they affect, cooperate and are inseparable. The results of empirical analysis verify the high correlation between enterprise technology strategy and enterprise function strategy, and provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises. The research results provide an important reference for the upgrading and optimisation of enterprise's technology strategy and corporate's functional strategy.
