Abstract: This study aims to identify the impact of strategic entrepreneurship on organisational excellence in Jordanian telecommunications companies, where a sample consisting of 280 managers is selected. The researcher designs and conducts a written questionnaire that serves the study variables. The results illustrate the impact of strategic entrepreneurship in its dimensions (management of entrepreneurial opportunities, management of entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial culture, and pioneering entrepreneurship) on organisational excellence in Jordanian telecommunications companies. It is found that strategic entrepreneurship drives the company to engage in activities that transform inputs, add value to them, and provide customers with one or more types of outputs. The study recommends working on preparing the internal environment for the development of strategic entrepreneurship among managers and workers at the upper and middle management levels in Jordanian telecommunications companies, due to its clear impact on achieving organisational excellence.
