Abstract: Novel techniques for statistical modelling have been fashioned by computer-simulation and empirical data fusion. Via approximation of the true unknown model by mathematical product of available computer-simulation function and appropriate polynomial empirical function, this technique has allowed attaining the advanced level of model completeness. The purpose of this approximation is to represent the true model adequately and with improved precision. This allows a further focus on the quality issues and the use of formal statistical inference within theoretical considerations. Pneumatic gauge sensor modelling example has demonstrated that simulation data integrated regression model permits to attain minimum discrepancy from empirical evidence for the whole region of operability for model explanatory variables.
