Abstract: It is the usual policy of Inderscience to retract from publication any paper if, subsequent to publication, it becomes a matter of dispute about intellectual property, publishing ethics or legal issues. Each case is judged on individual circumstances. In this case, it has been found that this paper contains much directly-copied information from another paper, Effective Streaming of Clustered Sensor Data in Harsh Environment, published in the International Journal of Computer Networks, Volume 3 (3) : 2011, pp.178-195. This paper is therefore retracted.
