Abstract: Aiming at making up the deficiency of using single industrial measurement sensor system, and solving problems about compatibility, expansibility, communication and organisation mode and multi-sensor integrated modern industrial measurement systems, the theory and method of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have been used for constructing wireless self-organising industrial measurement sensor networks. It is composed of data processing and analysing centre, database server, measuring terminals, measurement sensors, environmental sensors and WSNs nodes. Wireless self-organising communication mode is also used. Problems about measurement methods and data processing algorithms used in multi-sensor integrated systems are discussed and studied in detail. Experiment results show that wireless working mode and multi-sensor integrated measurement methods are feasible.
