Correlation and path modelling analysis support strong positive relationship of programme satisfaction with programme loyalty and store satisfaction. Programme loyalty exhibits positive relationship with store satisfaction and store loyalty. However, programme satisfaction does not have direct positive relationship with store loyalty.
