Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of the ways of forming students' collaboration skills based upon the usage of information and communication technologies. The authors specify the conception of effective students' collaboration while studying as one of the skills of the 21st century. The main task in the organisation of students' collaboration is providing a definition of the common aim in the studying process which is shared by everyone, and a strict division of roles for the solving of problems and tasks. Separately is examined the conception of students' e-collaboration, separate elements and forms of this conception are defined.
