Abstract: The negative effects of globalisation on rights, opportunities and living conditions have led to the emergence of social justice as a new framework for a social- and market-oriented system of values. Achieving sustainable globalisation requires a rejuvenation of entrepreneurial activity and innovation based on a better understanding of the impact of social context. Considering social justice as a key part of the social context where organisations operate, the aim of this paper is to study the relationship among social justice, entrepreneurship and innovation. We carry out an empirical study using the partial least squares technique, based on data from the OECD countries. The results confirm the importance of social justice as a part of the institutional environment that influences innovation and entrepreneurship.
