Abstract: All of a sudden, cloud computing conquered the whole world of internet with its enormous computing power with its wonderful servicing to the cloud clients. Cloud computing has many unique features and many useful services. One of the 'think beyond technique' is load balancing of tasks which helps the cloud servers in achieving minimal time delay in delivering the services. Hybrid region load balancing of tasks is at the heart of the cloud computing in real-time computing as it solves some of the greater geographical internet services issues between many countries around the world. In this paper we propose a novel algorithm to minimalise the loads across various cloud servers through proper analysis of region-based load balancing of tasks. The result investigated in our paper undoubtedly bounces finest solutions for the betterment to the new era in the upcoming cloud computing issues. Our approach obviously signifies the accomplishment of ideal load balancing of tasks in several hybrid regions with respect to minimal latency and high throughput.
