Abstract: A change in the consumer behaviour affects the conventional tourism industry, the advancing sharing economy promotes collaborative consumption which unfurls itself in new services encouraging the shared accommodation. Plus the technological advancement worldwide and the globalisation enhanced the consumer's motivation towards a more collaborative and community involved activities.
