Abstract: Computers are being used to generate and process data for improving the company|s profitability and productivity. Computer applications depend heavily on how effectively computers are integrated within the firms. Industries can integrate computers in a more efficient way by using McKinsey|s 7S framework as a guideline. A case study of computer integration using McKinsey|s 7S model in the foundry is presented and explorative use of simulation software in the foundry is also analysed.
