Abstract: Tremendous growth in the usage of ICT solutions has led to increased levels of radiation. Such development has direct impact in terms of electromagnetic pollution that is taking place. It is imperative with the rising radiation levels that there is need for improvised solutions of devices that can emit less quantum of radiation. Numerous research studies related to electromagnetic inference shielding were carried out in the past. PbO-SiO2 coating for polyboron in the lab environment has always gained importance in EMI shielding; despite of its efficacy is yet to be proven. The proposed shielding solution in terms of using multi-layer PbO-SiO2 coating using polyboron solution, which can lower the intensity of γ-radiation, is evaluated for the outcome in this study and it is imperative that the EMI shielding can be effectively improved with the proposed solution.
