Abstract: Using the strength of PLA and the toughness of PES to make artificial polymer composite bicentennials, combined with obstetrician ability, an ideal bone tissue replacement material can be made under a scaffold. This study used the high porosity of polytechnic acid/polybutylene glycol acrylate (PLA/PES) porous composite polymeric material, characterised by a porous composite bilateral in vitro degradation, to perform cell experiments and animal experiments. Systematic research was conducted in all aspects to explore the repairing effect of porous composites on bone defects and its biocompatibility, and to provide a certain theoretical basis for clinical applications. In vitro and animal experiments prove that porous PLA/PES composites have good biological stability, biocompatibility and the role of inducing osteogenesis.
Keywords: polytechnic acid; polybutylene glycol acrylate; biocompatibility; porous composite bilateral; high porosity.
