Abstract: Education and learning by social networks as a new paradigm transformed this field. Educational methods of learning through cyberspace are in a way that make learning more interesting, motivating, exciting, and meaningful, and involve the individual's body, soul, and mind in the learning process; provide basic and primary skills to employees; and prepare them to deal with the problems they will face in future. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of e-learning through social networks on performance of employees in customs of Khorasan Razavi province in Iran. The statistical population of this study includes all employees of the Customs House of Khorasan Razavi province who work in a central office and nine affiliated offices. Using Morgan's sample size estimation table, 250 people were selected as the statistical sample. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. Structural equation method has also been used for data analysis. The results suggested that social networks mediate the relationship between e-learning and employee performance.
