Abstract: Organisations exist in environments that are rapidly changing and developing in all areas, in which they face many potential and actual risks and crises. Consequently, it is essential to pro-actively develop strategies and plans to address such crises, in order to minimise costs. This requires them to keep abreast of developments in all fields, especially electronic readiness, because of its significant impact on crises management. This paper identifies the impact of electronic readiness on many crisis management dimensions. The study population consisted of all employees in control and supervisory positions in Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) (upper and middle management levels), comprising a total of 500 personnel. The study showed a statistically significant effect of electronic readiness on crisis management and makes recommendations based on the evidence.
