Abstract: The era of the development of new information technologies has contributed to the emergence of the latest telecommunications, such as the global computer network internet, mobile communications, etc. The emergence of the internet, has led to an update in approaches to organising and conducting commercial activities. The purpose of this article is to analyse the nature of the features of the conclusion of a civil law transaction using information and telecommunication technologies. The methodological basis for this study is dialectical materialistic analysis, historical and formal-logical. As a result of the research, an assessment was made of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in this area, a comparative analysis was carried out with the legislation of other states. The paper proposes a model of legal regulation of the conclusion of civil transactions using information technologies, focused on creating an attractive and developed domestic market.
