Abstract: Workforce diversity is a rising phenomenon that challenges the role of leadership and organisational culture to attain sustainable performance. The study intends to identify and explore the role of transformational leadership and organisational rich culture as the focal predictors of an inclusive environment that can lead to organisational sustainability. Hypotheses in this deductive research study were developed by covering the research gaps identified in the prior studies. Primary data collected from 392 employees associated with service sector organisations was analysed using SPSS 25.0 to test the hypotheses empirically. The findings revealed that transformational leadership and organisational rich culture are the key predictors of organisational inclusive environment and sustainability. However, organisational inclusive environment partially mediates the relationship between transformational leadership, organisational rich culture, and organisational sustainability. The study benefits the corporate leaders, human resource professionals, and organisations opting for an equal employment opportunity (EEO)/diversity/inclusiveness concept.
