Abstract: This study aims to determine the direct effect of green supply chain management (GSCM), green human resource management (GHRM), and green innovation on environmental performance. In addition, this study also investigates the effect of GSCM practices and human resource management on green innovation. The sample number in this study was 100 respondents consisting of owners or managers of real estate companies in Indonesia using a random sampling method. The data is processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that GSCM and GHRM affect green innovation. Furthermore, GSCM, GHRM, and green innovation affect environmental performance.
