Abstract: In this study, we look at a mass arrival queuing system that offers three levels of service to customers. The first-come, first-served (FCFS) principle applies to everyone who enters the queuing mechanism. The arrival process is supported by the Poisson distribution, and the service time continues to follow a general distribution. Between the phases of service in this queuing process, the concept of diverse vacation policy initiatives is pursued in two places, allowing the system to undertake necessary basic maintenance, resulting in the system running smoothly and without disruption. A stage of preparation time is spearheaded shortly before the third phase of service in order to accomplish the service as quickly as feasible. In this queuing system, the vacation policy and setup time are critical. The probability generating function is used to calculate the duration of the steady state of various system states in the aforementioned queuing problem. There are many other queue performance measures available. A review of the analysis report aids the system's efficiency and profitability.
