Abstract: Numerous tourist destinations and attractions in China, including national parks, canyons, seaside locations, etc., have experienced an increase in theft, kidnapping, and property loss instances. Due to the limitation, there are not enough security personnel to cover the vast coastline region. Unmanned aerial vehicles are one method that may be used to patrol such areas. This type of use will not only protect the tourist destination but also advertise it globally. This research proposes an effective optimisation technique to determine the precise number of UAVs needed to carry out security and safety of tourists. In simplified terms, the reader will be able to obtain an optimum approach to deal with the constraints of UAVs, such as long-duration missions with improved economic system design and operational scheduling concerns concurrently. The economic system design and operational plan are also presented, along with a clever hypothesis based on information.
