Abstract: Evaluating the aging life of building nanomaterials can understand their aging performance and improve the safety of construction engineering. Therefore, a particle filter based aging life estimation method for building nanomaterials is proposed. Firstly, set various corrosion conditions such as rainfall conditions, acid and alkali smoke spraying, and high temperature to accelerate the aging treatment of building nanocomposites. Secondly, VMD algorithm is used to collect aging life data of nanocomposites. Finally, the particle weight is updated, and the prediction sequence and residual sequence are superposed according to the particle filter method to complete the estimation of the aging life of building nanocomposites. The experimental results show that the data collection recall rate of the research method reaches a maximum of 0.998, the aging life evaluation error rate reaches a maximum of only 0.1%, and the minimum estimated time consumption is not more than seven minutes.
