Abstract: The present study aims to determine the institutional parameters that affect the choice of deciding for the students while selecting the higher education institute and the impact of various demographic variables on the parameters identified. In this study, the questionnaire was distributed to approximately 1,500 management students. Exploratory factor analysis has been used to extract the dimensions. ANOVA and t-test are used to find out the influence of the demographic variable. The result has revealed ten factors out of the given 52 statements. Further, the result of ANOVA indicates an influence of the demographic variables on the parameters. The extracted factors are well suited for all the management education institutions, along with quality assessment. The study involved a factor selection procedure, which is a significant concern of the present and not much discussed, especially for the management students.
