Abstract: This study focuses on the correlation between organisational trust, organisational citizenship behaviour, and knowledge sharing (KS) among employees in Vietnam's international hotels. Convenient sampling was used to collect data through questionnaires. Their direct supervisors were asked to assist in pairing them in a 1:5 ratio for the assessment of their organisational citizenship behaviour. With a sample of 537 valid questionnaires, the study found that organisational trust has a significant positive impact on organisational citizenship behaviour and knowledge sharing behaviour. Organisational citizenship behaviour has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing. Organisational citizenship behaviour also acts as a mediator between organisational trust and knowledge sharing (the intention and the actual behaviour of sharing). The findings of this study will help international hotels understand the importance of organisational trust and provide a basis for improving organisational citizenship behaviour and knowledge sharing, ultimately leading to improved revenue and performance.
