Abstract: The goal of this paper is to develop a systemic financial model of development of network corporate structures as the key subjects of international trade in global markets in the age of intellectual machines with the combination of the measures of state and corporate management and achievement of the advantages for business and economy on the whole. Originality and novelty of the paper consist in simultaneous consideration of international trade in global markets in the age of intellectual machines from positions of government and entrepreneurship. Application of the systemic approach allows achieving the synergetic effect: maximum advantages for business and economy from export.
