Abstract: The study delved deeply into the significant influence of adopting e-government solutions on two crucial facets of governance: the attainment of justice in accessing governmental services and the mitigation of nepotism within the public sector. The research, conducted through structural equation modelling (SEM), meticulously followed a two-step methodology. Initially, it scrutinised the measurement model, aligning theoretical constructs with collected data and validating the model's reliability and validity. The study's findings found significant theoretical insights in the fields of e-government, justice, and nepotism. First and foremost, they confirm a strong positive connection between the use of e-government and justice, broadening our comprehension of how digital platforms can improve fairness and transparency in the delivery of government services. Secondly, the research underscores the potential of e-government in mitigating nepotism, underscoring its capacity to encourage decision-making based on merit.
