Abstract: Rubber preparations are widely used in daily life. However, the properties of raw rubber in the biological world are very poor in various aspects and have no use value. This paper is based on the electrochemical sensors with characteristics of high sensitivity, good stability, easy operation, low cost, and the characteristics of monitoring in complex environments. The new filler of diene and the modification of white carbon black are mainly used in two aspects. The goal of this research is to develop high-reinforcement and low-rolling resistance fillers of syndiotactic 1,2 polybutadiene. Experiments were carried out under conditions such as various reinforcing agents and various temperature effects to solve the problem. Same as 1,2 polybutadiene synthesis problem under high crystallinity and experiment on the reinforcing effect of butadiene rubber. The experimental results show that sPBD (syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene) has the most obvious reinforcing effect on butadiene rubber at 52% crystallinity.
