Abstract: In order to shift from post inspection to pre-control of construction quality, provide traceability for later management and maintenance, effectively promote the construction of 'smart construction sites', and improve the quality of highway construction, a project management method for engineering construction recycling materials based on BIM technology has been proposed. Detailed design of the quality control system: the front and back end separation technology is used, the authority of the quality control system is managed, real-time monitoring, early warning, and construction process quality control functions are made in a detailed flow chart, and database relationship class diagram design. The results show that the moving average chart is very easy to appear chain curve, with obvious continuous trend change of up or down, which clearly indicates the trend change of the control process. There was an overall downward shift in the data from day 13 to day 19, indicating a deliberate reduction in usage is 1.79, greater than 1.67, indicating that the process control ability is very good. This method can effectively solve the problems of not timely and comprehensive monitoring in traditional monitoring, greatly improve the work efficiency, and provide a scientific basis for engineering quality judgment.
